Free parking nearby provided. The twin room with the newly refurbished bathroom, lovely vegetarian breakfast, for instance. Location right by the sea, the Leven beach area-cracking fish and chip shop, and town centre for restaurants.

Our room was attractive and bright, included with gorgeous views, a large en-suite electric shower-and a very comfortable mattress and a separate bathroom. The location was incredible - not far from the sea front, walk to town and town centre for restaurants and shops.

Gorgeous and nice hotel located near town centre, the Leven beach area-cracking fish and the sea front. Absolutely stunning and clean units with lovely vegetarian breakfast and gorgeous views, and superfriendly staff. Such great experience there.

The location of this guest house is excellent, just a short walk from the ocean. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-maintained private bathrooms. The hosts provide excellent service, giving recommendations for local dinner spots and even offering directions and a ride to a wedding venue. The breakfast is cooked perfectly and there are provisions for tea, coffee, and chilled bottled water in the rooms.
The bathroom is across the hall, which may be slightly inconvenient for those who need to use it frequently during the night.

In general the staff were SUPERFRIENDLY and affable. Our twin room was perfect and attractive, had garden view. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was early. Besides, free Wi-Fi was acceptable, you can use it in the rooms.
